The ppgEDD dataset has been collected from 59 voluntary patients. Thirty-one subjects (F/M = 28/31, age =39±16years) were healthy and the remaining ones had Endothelial Dysfunction.
The data collected are: cardiac risk factors, family history, menopause, blood pressure. Cardiac risk factors assessed included, age, sex, obesity, smoker, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension.
To obtain the ppgEDD dataset, as well as the implementation code, we ask you to complete, sign and return the form below. After that, I will send you the credentials to download it. Note that the dataset is available only for research purposes.
