Ambient Assisted Living

The HDomo 2.0 (Human Based Domotics 2.0) project involves 16 SMEs and 2 research institutes and is mainly focused on Human Behaviors Analysis (HBA) in AAL. This project aims to propose a novel idea of an interoperable embedded intelligent system where a series of low cost smart sensors can analyze human behaviors to obtain interactivity and statistical data, mainly devoted to HBA in intelligent AAL environments. HDOMO defines a framework conceptually and can be split in the following modules: a low level indoor smart sensor family (going from localization, to access management and from interactions to gesture analysis), a gateway installed inside the AAL environment capable of smart sensor management and low level interoperability, a communication layer sending data to a cloud based web architecture responsible of HBA classification and alarm management.
